Community Inclusion Society offers a number of programs and services to prepare ALL job seekers for employment success!

EDGE Program

Edge offers one on one and group training in life, job search and key employment skills for young adults ages 18-26. This is a program
designed by youth for youth. so it is engaging, hands on and offers a safe, fun environment in which to learn and grow.

Nova Scotia Works

Effective 2015, Community Inclusion Society delivers a Nova Scotia Works Employment Services Centre based out of Kentville, NS and since the fall of 2020, Windsor NS. We help Nova Scotia’s employers with recruitment, planning, and HR support and we help people with career planning, job searching and on-the-job development. Our employees help clients navigate a range of programs and services that will aid in their success.

Spotlight Program

We offer a facilitated group job search program for individuals who have the skills needed for employment but are seeking additional job search skills.
