Mary Fox
Career Practitioner - case manager – Kentville

Mary joined our team in 2010 as a Career Practitioner in the Kentville office. Mary has been a client advocate and support counsellor for over 14 years. Her previous roles have included supportive counselling to families in crisis, live-in support and life skills instruction for people with mental health issues and employment counselling for displaced employees. Mary also brings with her HR experience with an advanced degree in Human Resource Management from NSCC and years of experience in recruiting, hiring and orienting staff.

Elizabeth Spencer
Career Practitioner - front end client service delivery – Kentville

Elizabeth moved back to the Annapolis Valley last year where she has rich roots and is very excited to have the opportunity to join our team and work within her own Community. Elizabeth graduated from NSCC and was previously employed by MetroWork HRM. She has a background in Case Manager/ Facilitator field where she hopes to use her abilities to motivate clients to achieve results by career counselling, creating and reaching their needs, allowing the clients to move toward their goals. Elizabeth is excited to have the opportunity to meet you and help you reach your career/educational goals. "The best way to predict the future is to create it."

Richelle Brown Redden

Job Developer – Kentville / Middleton

Richelle has recently graduated with honours from NSCC’s Addictions Community Outreach advanced diploma program.   She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Acadia University where she majored in sociology.  She is skilled in motivational interviewing and has a client focused approach.  Richelle believes in lifelong learning, which is why she chose to return to school to further her education after being in the workforce for many years.  She brings her experience and knowledge of a diverse employment background.  A passion for advocacy led to her to Community INC where she is eager to showcase the abilities of clients.

Kevin Knowlton
Career Practitioner - Case Manager - Kentville

Kevin joined Community INC. in August 2015. He has an eclectic background from which to draw. Kevin worked as an advanced Care Paramedic for ten years,a Residential Rehabilitation Counsellor for three years and a Social Worker for two years before coming to Community INC. Kevin has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Acadia University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Dalhousie University.
Kevin finds working as an Advocate for his clients the most rewarding aspect of his position with Community Inclusion Society.

Robert Bullerwell
Program and Business Assistant - Kentville

Robert joined Community INC. in August 2015. He spent 10 years in accounting/administration rolls before focusing on the Human Services and Support field. He has worked in home care, rehabilitation, and long term care facilities. Robert has a diploma from NSCC in Business Administration, accounting credits from Saint Mary's University, a Continuing Care Assistant certificate, and is presently completing the Intellectual Disability Studies diploma offered through St. FX.
Robert currently sits on the executive board of Community Living Alternative Society as Treasurer and on the CLAS Policy and Procedure Committee.
